About Borders, Beers, & Bros

Started by Patrick Nahhas, Peter Reiss, and Philip Rizk, we are three guys who love to travel. Having met at the George Washington University, we became best friends and pulled off a hell of a senior trip following our graduation in 2018. The trip spanned multiple countries and two different continents.

We all have our social media platforms, but never felt like bombarding our followers with a barrage of pictures from our trips. So we decided during the COVID-19 quarantine to put our experiences in a specific brand to share our tales, rather than on our personal pages. Between the three of us, we have been to a total of 51 different countries. These are our stories and our pictures.

Our brand will include this website and blog, the Instagram page, and the podcast. The website and blog will serve as a rehashing of the podcast episodes, as well as side articles discussing other travel tips and topics that aren't discussed in our podcasts. There will also be additional pictures posted on here that aren't included on Instagram. Our Instagram will consist of the pictures of each country that will be discussing in our podcast. It will serve as a precursor to each podcast, giving hints about what our upcoming episode will be. Lastly, our podcast. Each podcast will consist of an intro, our travel experiences and sections on the Geography/Demography/Politics, Sports, Economy, and Beer of the country. Watch out for each podcast to be posted on the first of every month.

Lastly, about the name. We initially had intended to do PPP, after Patrick, Peter, and Philip. We figured that was too cheesy, but liked the triple letter theme. So we came up with BBB. The Bros part is obvious, Beers because we love beer, and Borders because it's a geographic term that starts with B.
